School Visits: I am able to do local/regional visits on a limited basis (in the Northern Virginia/Greater DC area). To schedule a school visit, or to discuss an out-of-area visit or event, please contact me via email.
Types of Visits: One of my favorite parts about being an author is interacting with my readers. I love visiting schools and talking about writing, pets, and mysteries. When I visit schools, I can give a reading; provide a presentation about the elements of the Corgi Capers series, including the professions and hobbies of the characters and the corgis (of course!); or lead a class-sized workshop on mystery writing. June 8, 2012: Dueling Corgis Book Signing at Books and Other Found Things on Loudoun Street in downtown Leesburg, VA (as part of Leesburg’s First Friday). Author and corgis will be joining the corgi authors of A Tale of Two Corgis from 6 – 8 p.m. *if you missed the first book signing on June 1, First Friday has been moved to Second Friday for the month of June due to severe weather. Hope to see you there.

May 12, 2012: Book sale/signing at Bark for Life events in Hanover, PA. Click here for details about registering for this event. I’s a dog-and kid-friendly events, and proceeds from registration go toward Relay for Life/helping end cancer.
